Just Jell
From a fun prompt: Write a jellyfish poem (also made a song)
when you're a jellyfish you lack a brain you lack a heart or bones but inflict pain you're an invertebrate you aren't a fish but still you can swim fast as you would wish it’s a jellyfish life in the deep blue sea floating along so happily you use your tentacles to sting a meal can't see all that well but you can still feel in groups when you hang out you're called a "smack" sometimes you will swim in a great big pack it’s a jellyfish life you’re so calm, so chill you go wherever at your free will you don't need lungs to breathe your bell does that like an umbrella that is always wet you're made out of water and some jelly goo drifting in the sea as you always do it’s a jellyfish life down in the deep you can find a current and swim while you sleep you lived in the oceans before dinosaurs likely you'll hang out for a few years more it’s a jellyfish life you can swim with fish and you can party anytime you wish it’s a jellyfish life in the deep blue sea floating along so happily Many thanks for the prompt to: https://substack.com/@oftreesandpoetry https://substack.com/@juliamcmullen https://substack.com/@erskulmoski Song: "Jellyfish Life"

I just had lunch, and felt sleepy, but not anymore. "It's a jellyfish life!!!!" Love the beat. 😁💕
I love the flow of this. Brighten my morning. It’s nice to read something so delightful That’s not about politics.
