Yours, too?

Passenger in the back seat
I can’t reach the brake
Car is rolling down a hill
This is a mistake
Going too fast, I can't jump
Headrest in the way
Road is empty, that's a plus
For a crash today
Steering wheel is a long reach
Road is curving right
Better grab it while I can
Or, for me, goodnight
Driver’s seat, it is unmanned
It’s just me inside
How to get the car to stop
On this horror ride
There’s a hill around the bend
Upslope slows the car
I jump out before it smacks
Arnie’s Biker Bar
Somehow I remain unscathed 
Glad to be alive
This time, just a crazy dream
Not a Tesla drive

Trying to drive from the back seat of a car is a recurrent dream of mine. I’m sure a psychoanalyst would have a field day with this one! Needless to say, a driverless car is probably not in my future. The only good thing about these dreams is that somehow, I always manage to get out of the car before it crashes!
